1. Not an engineering service. RokBench is a software screening tool. Using it does not provide engineering services, and its results are not a design, a study, or a certification.
2. No professional relationship. Using RokBench does not create a professional, advisory or fiduciary relationship between you and RokBench.
3. Your responsibility. You are responsible for the accuracy of your inputs and for independently verifying every result before any use.
4. No warranty; limitation of liability. RokBench is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RokBench is not liable for any loss arising from its use.
5. Transient processing. Inputs sent for calculation are processed transiently and are not stored.
6. Content ownership. Reference tables and Methods text are © RokBench. Standards referenced on this site are © their respective publishers.
7. Acceptable use. No bulk scraping and no automated extraction of the compute API. Rate limits apply.
